TRAVELING EUROPE 2012 - advice please?

So me and a couple of friends are traveling europe after graduation from highschool! For sure we are traveling to the UK (England. Wales for a day. and Republic of Ireland) Spain and Denmark is a maybe. What would be a good way to plan this out? We want to spend most of our time in the UK and spain, however we want to spend time in Denmark as well. Is it also expensive to buy the Krone while living in Canada? Cause we have to buy pounds, euro and maybe krone. Pounds will be expensive to buy and euro won't be that bad. If it turns out to be too much money with Denmark, then we will take it out. I just need help figuring this out and all. I have the flight prices and all; we're able to do that from canadian dollars. But its just paying for the hostel and spending money for all of EU we are traveling. PLEASE NEED ADVICE ASAP ! preferably from people who have travelled to these places.
