How can the EU bomb Libya and support the Arab spring and then close it's borders to the refugees?

France and Denmark have closed their borders and England is a no go zone. Is it just me or did they think that freedom that they were giving the North Africans also includes freedom to travel? Does it not seem highly hypocritical and immoral?
